Contest Rules
- Introduction: No Purchase is necessary to enter any Goombah contest
- Eligibility: Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States and Canada, except employees of Goombah and their sponsoring labels and their immediate families.
- Entry Deadline: This contest runs until noon (Eastern Standard Time) on Wednesday September 10th, 2008.
- How to Enter: Send Goombah an email using the email address listed at "enter here." Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
- Judging Criteria: The prize winners will be selected by random drawing. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, whose decisions are final.
- Notification: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail by Wednesday September 10th, 2008. Winners notified by e-mail must reply with all contact information requested in the notification within seven (7) days from the date notification was sent, or another winner may be selected.

- Other Terms and Conditions: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Goombah and the Sponsor(s),[It's/their] subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of the sponsor's officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes or participation any contest or prize related activity. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.
- Miscellaneous: Sponsors reserve the right to terminate or modify this Contest at any time if it cannot be completed as planned.
- Winners List: A list of winners will be posted at http://www.goombah.com/contests.html on or about Thursday Thursday September 11th, 2008
